Terms & Conditions - these terms are in addition to the specific terms set out within the other pages of this website and should be read in conjunction with those pages

1. Product Descriptions

i. Decking Boards‚ Items sold described as decking or decking boards are intended for use as exterior decking when approproately fixed to a supporting structure. We cannot guarantee their effective use for any other purpose.
ii. Decking Joists‚ Items sold described as decking joists are intended for use to create an appropriate supporting structure to support decking boards, joists shoudl be pleaced at appropriate intervals to fully support the decking structure and should be mounted on a solid structure or area to give appropriate support for the completed decking area, if the decking is the be raised then additional supporting timbers as necessary shoudl be used in addition to the joists. We cannot guarantee their effective use for any other purpose.
iii. Sizes and specification It should be noted that softwoods and hardwoods will vary in length according to the stock currently held and that unless specifically agreed in advance or specified in the item description the lengths supplied will be determined by Everything Decking. Where sizes are indicated, they may fluctuate according to the nature of the materials used, e.g. Timber lengths stated as being 3m lengths may be supplied as 3050mm or 2950mm according to availability. In this case, we always make best efforts to closely match the overall meterage ordered by oversupplying against the ordered meterage.
vii. Product dimensions may only be as accurate as those supplied by any third party manufacturer or to acceptable tollerences as produced by our machinery

2. Your Order
i. Your order will be confirmed by email to an address you provide
ii. You must provide an accurate email address in order to receive the order notification and other associated correspondence from us. We will make best attempts to resend failed emails, however we cannot guarantee delivery if your information is incorrect.
iii. You are required to check your order confirmation and alert us to any errors within 24 hours in order for it to be amended - this does not affect our terms with regards to cancellation.
 
3. Delivery

i. Delivery of your order will, under normal circumstances, be made in line with the stated delivery terms as detailed separately on this website..
i.ii We will not under ANY circumstances be held responsible for costs incurred due to a delivery not conforming with your construction schedule or due to accessibility issues for delivery or any other circumstance beyond our control.
ii. Under normal circumstances you will be provided tracking information where available from the carrier in order to track the progress of a delivery
iii. You will be informed prior to delivery that goods will arrive on a given date, subject to normal operation of the couriers services
iv. Delivery will require a signature upon delivery which will constitute your acceptance and confirmation that the goods have arrived in good condition. Damage caused in transit may not be claimed for without the delivery docet (POD) being marked as ‚damaged‚ ('unchecked' will not be acceptable)
v. If you decide to have the courier deliver your goods without a signature, i.e. left with outside / beside your property OR you have a third part other than yourself sign for the goods, this does not relieve liability of confirmation and we cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit without being marked as 'damaged'
vi. If a delivery fails because you / someone is not available to receive the goods, we will not refund the shipping charges, and you will be charged an additional delivery fee for each additional delivery attempt.
vii. We may make partial shipments of your order, if only part of your order is ready for delivery at that time
viii. If part of your order is missing upon delivery, you must mark the delivery docet ‚incomplete‚ in order to claim for missing goods
viiii. If you or any person acting on your behalf rejects or refuses to accept a delivery you will be charged any carriage forwarding charge as well as a standard administration fee of £30
 
 
4. False Charge Backs:
i. If you request a chargeback from your bank and the bank does not find in your favour, we will charge you the full chargeback fee as charged to us by the bank, plus £250 for our legal expenses.
