Softwood Decking Boards - Our softwood decking comes from sustainable timber sources (so yes, it is environmentally friendly!).     The boards have a grooved profile on the upper side and are ribbed underneath so if you are using some of the deck boards for different purposes such as boxing in you have the choice of using a patterned face or a ribbed face.

• The boards measure 28mm by 120mm (2.8cm by 12cm)

• When you allow a standard gap of circa 5mm between each board you will get 125mm coverage per board - if you need a hand calculating what you need just give us a call!

• The boards are planed then cut with a deep groove to look great and also to give a good non slip finish

• As with all of our softwood decking the timber comes pressure treated (the timber is described as Tanalised which involved being pressure treated with Tanalith E preservative)  with a 15 year rot guarantee.
